1. I may collect and retain the following information with respect to my clients: KYC details including name, address, phone number, email ID, etc., investment preferences, investment objectives, investment details, and records of client interactions.

2. The above data is collected and maintained to provide the client with the best possible research services, as required for SEBI compliance, and for communication and grievance redressal.

 

3. I will ensure complete confidentiality of the above information, details and data collected and will not share this with anyone unless authorised by the client. The above information will only be shared with:

a. Regulators

b. Legal entities

c. Service providers - for operational processes but this will be under strict confidentiality agreements.

4. I will implement adequate security measures to protect client data. The data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is collected or as required by SEBI or other legal authorities.

5. Clients have the right to request a copy of their personal data held in my records. I will periodically update this privacy policy to ensure continued compliance with SEBI rules and regulations.
